The Day I Found My Voice

It's been said that we can all learn to sing. We just have to "Find Our Voice". Well, that's easier said than done, when you don't even know what it means, "Finding Your Voice". Do you know what that means?

I had been singing with the terrific sining lessons I had gotten, (I really like them a lot, Click Here to check them out) for about three weeks. Being a wee bit stubborn I think there were some instructions I kind of ignored, otherwise it would have clicked for me earlier... So here I am in the middle of my singing along when my voice all of a sudden just kind of got into a groove. Hard to explain, but it just clicked, and it felt like "home".

What a sensation!! My throat relaxed, the tone was clear and strong without effort. I actually got so happy and exstatic I had to sit down for a little cry. ...lol...

All these years I have tried to force my voice to do the wrong thing. No wonder it felt tight! No wonder I couldn't hit high notes without attracting animal control, (if I even hit the high notes at all) My singing took on a whole new life. I'm so appreciative of the program I'm using, on my own I may never have found my voice.

How To Sing Better For Your CatThe interesting thing is that my cat has stopped her pawing, meowing and clawing when I sing.  That says something, no? Maybe it hurt her ears, or maybe she though that I was hurting. LOL.

That's my kitty on the left. Happy camper again. Cats are precious. She is so happy I've learned how to sing better!
